Information on the processing of your complaint

To lodge your complaint with us, please fill in the complaint form, which you can download at the bottom of this page. Once you’ve filled in the complaint form, please print it, sign it and either send it by e-mail to the above-mentioned Complaint Management e-mail address or send it to our postal address. Our Complaint Management department collects all incoming complaints and monitors their processing. The complaint form helps us to deal with your complaint quickly and comprehensively. Alternatively, please supply the following information as a minimum so we can properly address your complaint:

We’ll acknowledge receipt of your complaint and request any additional information necessary for us to properly respond to it. We’ll deal with your request in due course and inform you about the estimated time required on our side. Usually it should take no longer than one month to analyse and respond to a complaint. If more extensive investigation is required, particularly if the reason for the complaint lies in the more distant past, it might take longer for us to respond to your request. In any case we’ll keep you informed about the envisaged time required. If our response to your complaint fails to meet your expectations and/or wishes, we’ll re-analyse your case and endeavour to explain it in more detail.
